How to prepare

1. Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Soak if you like, for longer, fluffier grains.
3. Cook in boiling water until tender, then drain.
4. Rest briefly and fluff with a fork.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. After opening, keep the bag closed.
