Concentrated pulp of boiled palm fruits, ready to use. Not palm oil: this is the fruit pulp. The base of banga soup (Nigeria), palm nut soup, abak atama and abenkwan (Ghana). Rich, earthy and nutty. No chilli added: the heat is yours to add.

How to use Palm Nut Concentrate

1. Put the whole tin in a pot with about 500ml of water.
2. Simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until the oil rises.
3. Add meat or fish and seasoning. That is the whole soup.
