A ready-mixed spice blend for Nigerian pepper soup, a hot broth of meat, fish or chicken. Allspice and peppercorns are the same foundation as in Polish rosół. The ginger, cumin, fennel and cayenne make it hotter. Not the same blend as banga soup spice.

How to use Pepper Soup Spice

Simmer water, protein and the spice together. For goat meat, fresh fish, chicken or assorted meat pepper soup.
