Unrefined red palm oil, made only from the palm fruit. Not the palm oil of biscuits and industrial fat: this is a traditional cooking oil. It gives colour and a deep, earthy flavour to jollof rice, stews, beans, egusi soup and efo riro.

How to use Red Palm Oil

It is solid at normal room temperature in Poland. That is correct and expected. Stand the bottle in warm water until it turns liquid.
